Biden and Trudeau are working for the same people, and it isn't the citizenry.
One notable feature of both administrations is their tactic of sowing division and then using that division to gain more power. It's the old axiom if Divide and Conquer, and it's being used on the citizenry by globalist backers to push their agenda.
How does this apply to this subject? When supplies get scarce people become uncertain of their future and it's easier to turn them against each other. This is the motivation behind the supply chain issues that have become part of The New Normal since Biden took office. Now that there's a self inflicted energy shortage their response is to make it worse by further pushing their green radicalism, even after it was so thoroughly discredited recently in Texas during the cold snap.
"A new poll indicates that 70% of Americans are entitled elites who prefer the peasants fuel their vehicles, heat their homes, turn on their propane stoves to cook food, and take hot showers with cake."
